Bookings
As of Saturday the 22nd of May 2010 Olive Hill Farm cottage will be unavailable for holiday accommodation bookings. We are very grateful to our loyal visitors and will miss having you to stay over the winter but after much thought and discussion, we have chosen to rent the cottage to a lovely couple and their baby for 6 months and we will review the situation in November 2010.
We apologise for any disappointment this may cause and thank everyone for their understanding for bookings beyond May, including Christmas & New Year which we have declined. Accommodation rates:
Standard rate (2 night minimum stay):
AU $220 per night per couple (based on the use of one bedroom).
AU $30 for each additional guest per night (cot and highchair provided if required for babies)
Longer stays recommended! Please enquire about our discounted rates.
Peak season:
Christmas and New Year: AU $350 per night for up to 6 people (5 night minimum stay for bookings from 24th December to the 7th of January).
Easter: AU $320 per night for up to 6 people (3 night minimum stay).
Public Holidays: AU $230 per night per couple. AU $30 for each additional guest per night (3 night minimum stay over long weekends).
Prices include all linen and amenities as well as many extra touches you’ll appreciate:
- Fresh home made bread (on arrival) and Olive Hill Farm organically grown extra virgin olive oil
- Breakfast hamper (for the first morning of your stay)
- Free local phone calls
- Fresh garden flowers in the cottage
- A fire set ready (or already crackling) in the winter months

A cot and highchair are available on request. Please book these before arrival.

Have you stayed with us before? If so, you can receive a 10% discount on standard rates, applicable at time of booking.

CANCELLATION: We are a small locally owned and operated family business. We are proud to offer a sustainable local product that is different to the numerous mainstream and commercial tourist enterprises in Margaret River. We are happy to answer any questions you have about our accommodation before you make a booking so please, do not hesitate to ask.
As we have only one cottage, deposits will be refunded, excluding a booking fee of AU $35, provided that a minimum of 4 weeks notice is given. If notice is given 28-7 days prior and the cottage is rebooked for that time, the deposit will be refunded, less booking fee. Less than 7 days notice will incur the loss of deposit. The full cost is payable for less than 48hrs notice, or if no notice is given of non-arrival.
Please clarify any special requirements you have as we accept your booking in good faith and once a stay has commenced the full amount is payable and will not be able to be refunded if you have to cut short your stay.
For peak periods of Xmas-New Year, and Easter, no refund is available and the full balance is payable for cancellation less than 4 weeks from booking date.
