Margaret River Smokery & Deli – our new business
What a reception we have had at the markets, we are very humbled by the feedback we have received for all our Beef, Lamb and Pork.
I don’t think it is any one thing that makes the meat so good but lots of 1%ers making up the whole.
- The style of farming
- The good animal husbandry
- The quality grass the animals all have
- The stress free stock handling, all our stock loves following us and coming to say hello
- The smoking at the butchery
- The slow cooking of the meat, anything from 2.5 hours up to 36 hours
Every thing makes up the whole and we are just so pleased at the reception we have received. Watch this space as we expand our smokery products beyond lamb, pork and beef – Cheese first!!
We are now taking direct orders for our smoked goods as well as selling at the Margaret River Farmers Markets.
