OLIVE HILL FARM STUDIO ACCOMMODATION

We invite couples, families or groups of up to 6 people to experience the peace and tranquility of living on a farm, only 10 minutes (by car) from Margaret River.  The studio style accommodation has two main rooms – the main living / dining area with a cosy log burning fire (and one queen bed) and the other, a bedroom with a queen bed and bunk beds.  Guests enjoy the exclusive use of our charming and spacious Studio with their own outdoor BBQ area.  Imagine escaping from the frantic pace of your daily life and simply relax and unwind on the farm!  The farm is conveniently located 2.3 kms, through native bushland, from the renowned Colonial Brewery, with countless other attractions nearby.

Acres of gardens surround your accommodation – rich in native birds and animals.

With plenty of space to run and play, kids love to explore the surroundings.  Guests are welcome to enjoy walks around the farm – down to the Margaret River (which is at the foot of the farm) and you can stop for a chat with the horses, chooks, sheep, goats, cattle – anyone who might choose to come over and say hello 😉

 

Telstra mobile phone reception is received at the Studio but does not always have the strongest signal.  Should you need an excuse to be unavailable to answer to your hectic lifestyle, this is your opportunity to feel time slowing down, capturing quality time for yourself /family.  For those who require internet access, we offer complimentary WIFI.

LOVED THE EXCELLENT SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE

Helen was really hospitable and friendly! We had some trouble starting the fireplace and she came by to help us get it started every evening. Thank you for that! We loved the rustic farm stay and the excellent service and experience we had. It was like no other - waking up to animals just at our doorstep and amazing star gazing at night. So peaceful. Helen was really hospitable and friendly! We had some trouble starting the fireplace and she came by to help us get it started every evening. Thank you for that! We loved the rustic farm stay and the excellent service and experience we had. It was like no other - waking up to animals just at our doorstep and amazing star gazing at night. So peaceful. SUPER HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

We thoroughly enjoyed our farmstay, the studio was clean and spacious, the hosts were warm and welcoming and took great care of us! We loved roaming around the farm in the mornings, the ability to just walk out of the cottage and feed the chickens and the animals was the highlight for our son! Studio quite separate to caravan sites…

We stayed here to catch up with family who were staying in the caravan sites on the farm. That worked out really well for all of us. The Studio is quite separate to the caravan sites and it was very quiet and secluded. It was clean and the beds comfortable. The advertised description and photos are accurate, and the studio was larger than we expected. The log fire was great for the cooler nights. It was about 15 minutes to Margaret River and very central to the wineries, ocean, and other sites of interest. Communications and check-in were efficient and Helen was a warm and friendly host. We really enjoyed our stay.
